Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is a mother of Russian origin who is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru is fluent in German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. She created a choreography that earned her the opportunity to appear on German television as a Russian snowmaiden. She later changed into an Indian dancer. When she graduated from the high school level in New York, she received her bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. The classes she took in acting were in the HB Studios. However, she moved on to pursue improvised comedy at The Groundlings School. The actress was born by her parents in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). Her father moved her to New York's East Meadow York when she was thirteen year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She is known for her recurring roles in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
